Right of withdrawal

Returns are possible within 14 days of purchase:

Products must be in their original condition and include the original labels and tags.
The packaging must not be damaged and should be in its original state.
Returned items must show no signs of use.
Please note that if the returned items do not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot accept them. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if they appear to have been used or damaged by our fault.

Always ensure that your package is marked with a tracking code. Lost returns will not be refunded unless proof of shipment with a tracking code is provided. Returns sent without a tracking code are at your own risk. As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Upon receiving your return, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt.

Order Cancellation

You can only cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this time, our orders are processed, and unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns are always at the sender's risk, and return shipping costs are not refunded.

Incorrect Item or Wrong Size?

If you receive an incorrect item or the wrong size, we will send you the correct item for free!
